The annual membership to the Seacliff Improvement Association (January - December) is $15 and includes the following:

• Quarterly newsletter (print and/or via email) that includes recent home sales (address, square footage and final sale price), new member information, upcoming events, and updates on local government developments that impact Seacliff.
• Participation in the four general meetings each year including a beach or park picnic potluck and our annual membership dinner in October.
• Updates on local government developments that impact Seacliff.
