The annual membership dues for the Seacliff Improvement Association is $25 and all Seacliff residents, property and business owners are eligible to join. Your annual membership helps improve our Seacliff neighborhood and helps increase your property values. Our association is a 501 (c) (4) nonprofit organization so contributions or gifts are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. We operate according to our bylaws established in 1948: Seacliff Improvement Association By-Laws
