Membership

The annual membership dues for the Seacliff Improvement Association is $25. All Seacliff residents, property and business owners are eligible to join. Your annual membership helps improve our Seacliff neighborhood and helps increase your property values. Our organization is a 501 (C)(3) nonprofit so additional donations may be tax deductible

How to pay dues and/or donate

Zelle is a no fee payment system offered within over 2300 banks. You can initiate a secure payment using your bank’s app or website. The amount “Zelled” appears as a line item on your bank checking statement. Again, there is no fee to you or to SIA when using this secure method of payment.
